Who we are and what this covers

SixCrd is a Nevada sole proprietorship based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Privacy Policy explains how SixCrd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and retains personal information when you visit sixcrd.com, interact with PinCrd, inquire about advertising, purchase a placement, submit community material, or contact us. MenuCrd is currently a planned product; we will update this Policy as needed before collecting information through any launched MenuCrd service.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Contact and business details: name, email, phone number, business or organization name, and information included in inquiry forms or messages.
• Advertising details: offers, photos, logos, business addresses, links, category and area selections, campaign instructions, and related communications.
• Community submissions: submitted text, images, contributor names or credits, and correspondence about publication.
• Transaction records: purchased placement, price, billing status, payment reference, and refund information. Payment-card details are processed by the payment provider; SixCrd does not intend to store complete card numbers.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our websites or use our services, hosting, security, and analytics tools may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and interaction or diagnostic data. Cookies and similar technologies may be used as described below.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and manage advertiser or community relationships.
• Review, prepare, publish, and maintain advertising and community content.
• Process purchases, payments, cancellations, credits, and refunds.
• Operate, troubleshoot, protect, and improve our websites and services.
• Measure general usage and effectiveness of our content and advertising services.
• Send operational messages and, where permitted, relevant business communications; honor applicable opt-out requests.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations and respond to legitimate legal requests.

We do not sell personal information for money. If our use of advertising or analytics technologies triggers additional rights or notices under applicable state law, we will provide those notices and choices as required.

Service providers and sharing

We use third-party companies to help operate the Services. Depending on the feature you use, these may include:

• Less Annoying CRM: embedded website inquiries and contact management.
• Stripe: payment processing, transaction records, and refunds, when paid advertising checkout is used.
• GoodBarber: app publishing and related PinCrd infrastructure or features.
• Google Analytics: website or app usage measurement where configured.
• Hosting, domain, security, and delivery providers: website delivery, performance, and protection, which may include Namecheap and Cloudflare depending on our current setup.

These providers may process information on our behalf or, for certain services such as payments, as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. We do not publish private inquiry or billing details as part of a listing unless you authorize their publication.

Public advertising and community content

Information you ask us to publish in a PinCrd listing or community post may be visible to the public, searchable, shared by others, or retained in screenshots and search caches. This may include business names, addresses, contact methods, promotions, contributor credits, and submitted photos. Please do not send personal information for public posting that you do not want publicly available.

Cookies and analytics

Our websites, embedded forms, app services, and service providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for operation, security, preferences, and measurement. Google Analytics may be used to understand aggregated site activity if enabled. You can adjust browser cookie settings and use available provider or browser opt-out tools. Blocking some cookies may affect site features.

Where applicable law requires consent before using nonessential tracking technologies, we will request it before activating those technologies. We do not treat browser “Do Not Track” signals as a universal instruction because there is no consistent industry standard; legally required opt-out preference signals will be handled as required by applicable law.

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including maintaining active advertiser or contributor relationships, managing published content, resolving disputes, protecting the Services, and satisfying tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Transaction and related records may be kept for applicable recordkeeping periods. Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship may be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Public content may remain posted until removed by SixCrd or at the contributor's request, subject to legitimate recordkeeping needs and third-party caches. Backup copies may persist for a limited period under normal backup cycles. Retention depends on the type of information and legal requirements; we do not claim one fixed period for every category.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small online business, including reliance on established hosting, payment, and service providers. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries, subject to applicable legal protections.

Your privacy choices and rights

You can contact us to ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential communications. We will evaluate and respond to requests under applicable law, including any rights available to Nevada, California, or other state residents. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security needs, or the rights of others. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

If we send promotional emails, you can opt out using the unsubscribe instructions or by contacting us. Operational messages about a purchase or active placement may still be sent as needed.

Nevada residents: Nevada law provides certain consumers a right to direct covered operators not to sell specified personal information. SixCrd does not currently sell covered information as defined by that law. You may send a verified Nevada opt-out request to [email protected].

Children

Our Services are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will review the request and take appropriate steps.

Links to other sites

PinCrd listings and our pages may link to restaurants, advertisers, mapping services, and other third parties. We do not control those parties' privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy as services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date and provide additional notice where required.
